Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Oasis Group SA, we strive to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness for both our guests and our partners. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to accommodate changes in travel plans while maintaining the highest level of service and hospitality.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before arrival will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are non-refundable.
  • In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some of our promotional or special-rate offers may be non-refundable. In these cases:

  • The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.
  • No refunds or modifications will be permitted under any circumstances.

Non-refundable rates will always be clearly stated at the time of booking.

3. Early Departures & Modifications

  • Guests who choose to shorten their stay after check-in will not be eligible for a refund of unused nights.
  • Date changes requested more than 30 days prior to arrival may be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to price differences.
  • Date changes within 30 days of arrival may be treated as a cancellation, depending on the circumstances.

4. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of unforeseen events beyond the guest’s control, such as government travel restrictions, natural disasters, or health emergencies, Oasis Group SA will assess cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer alternatives, such as:

  • A full credit for a future stay (valid for 12 months from the original booking date).
  • Rescheduling at no additional cost, subject to availability.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Any transaction fees or currency exchange rate fluctuations are non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

To cancel or modify a reservation, guests must contact us via:

  • Booking Platform: If booked through an external platform (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com), the cancellation must be processed through that platform in accordance with their policies.
